In addition to leasing & sales, Larry Forsythe oversees all development projects for Fisher Development Company. Mr. Forsythe holds bachelor's and master's degrees in urban planning.

Prior to joining Fisher Commercial Realtors in 1996, Mr. Forsythe headed up the Economic Development Department for the City of Mankato for almost two decades and also worked in Colorado in the public sector. While working for the City of Mankato, he designed and developed Eastwood Industrial Center in Mankato and has been instrumental in the financing, design and/or development of every company located in the business park. Mr. Forsyth e has served as President of the Economic Development Association, is a graduate of the Economic Development Institute of the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Blandin Foundation Leadership Program.
